Pay is good. They provided wellness days, fridays off where you get paid regardless, throughout the pandemic. PTO and floating holidays are great.

Salesforce overall has great benefits, compensation and company culture. I learned a lot in my time there as an AE. The sales culture is fast paced, collaborative but stressful most days. In such a large sales organization, you do feel like just a “number” at times when larger decisions are made about account alignment.
