Salesforce has been on a hiring binge since I started working with them in 2008. So, of course, they promote heavily from within, which means your AE is bound to change.
Productive and fun place to work
Great place to work, you learn a lot about the platform and people are willing to work. Job is supposed to be on site but has been remote since pandemic started and no one is rushing back. Pay is good. They provided wellness days, fridays off where you get paid regardless, throughout the pandemic. PTO and floating holidays are great.
Strong sales driven culture
Salesforce overall has great benefits, compensation and company culture. I learned a lot in my time there as an AE. The sales culture is fast paced, collaborative but stressful most days. In such a large sales organization, you do feel like just a “number” at times when larger decisions are made about account alignment.
All about looking good, pretending everything is great matters above all. Often unethical behaviour, quick dirty wins above all. No real trust between team members and leadership. No psychological safety.
