- In the client’s profile, open the Related tab.
- In the Education section, click New.
- If the client isn’t the correct one, remove the client, and select another client or create one.
- Enter the education institution name and, optionally, the other details.
- Save the information.

Add Users
When you start a trial org, your user is automatically assigned as a System Administrator or “admin” of that org. If you want additional folks from your institution or implementation team to have access to the trial, you need to create a user for each of them. Don’t worry.

Though reimagined as a virtual event in 2020, Dreamforce has historically been an in-person, week-long event held every Fall in San Francisco, California.
What is a higher education user group?
The Higher Education User Group (hosted in the Trailblazer Community) serves as an announcement and repository space for higher education customers to learn about Salesforce.
Is Dreamforce a virtual event?
Like Education Summit, when Dreamforce is hosted as a virtual event it’s free to participate. When hosted as an in-person event there is a registration fee. Many Dreamforce attendees book their lodging and travel plans as far in advance as possible due to the big crowds the event attracts.
Does Salesforce registration include lodging?
The registration fee does not include lodging or travel, and both are the responsibility of the attendee or their institution. Whether your journey with the Salesforce.org education community is just beginning, or you have been a member of the community for years, you are welcomed with open arms.
