Interviewer didn’t like that I followed one process builder per object and said that having multiple entry flows is better

Title mostly says it all. We were talking about my approach to automation and I told him I moved all the workflows at my current job to Process Builder, and then have each criteria trigger a flow. From what I understand, this is the best practice.
