To test the data flow between your Classy account and Salesforce sandbox, we recommend creating a test campaign in your Classy account and running a few test transactions. In order to test, create and publish a campaign in Classy and make a few low dollar donations that can later be refunded. Testing will help highlight any potential customizations in your instance that may interfere with the Classy for Salesforce integration from creating and editing records. It will also expose which fields are populated by our integration under their respective objects.
Can Salesforce authenticate to Classy?
Once authenticated, new data will flow from Classy to Salesforce. We recommend reviewing and customizing the Integration Settings to match your business processes.
Does Salesforce have a classy page?
The Classy for Salesforce package includes default Salesforce page layouts, but if a user already has existing layouts, key Classy custom fields can be added to custom layouts within Salesforce.
Does Salesforce sync with Salesforce?

Once the Integration is authenticated, all incoming data from that point forward will sync to Salesforce, any historical data will not automatically sync. However, the Classy Control Panel tool can be used to sync data using a date range.

This article applies to the Control Panel in Classy for Salesforce Version 6.7 or later. If you haven’t updated to Version 6.7 or later, you can do so by following our instructions.
Overview
On the Overview tab, you’ll see general information about your Classy for Salesforce integration such as the environment and current version you’re running. Use the menu near the top to access your Data Sync tools, Settings, and Reports.
Data Sync
Select the Data Sync tab to access your data sync tool. Classy for Salesforce syncs data automatically, but you can use this tool to re-sync data or sync historical data.
Settings
As the name suggests, the Settings tab contains all your integration settings. These include features such as Enhanced Contact Matching and Classy for Facebook syncing.
Reports
Under the Reports tab, you can access your Classy for Salesforce reports. By default, there are a few recommended reports that you can use as templates. Select a report to see relevant data, add filters, and to save or export a copy.

Check the sync status
Large amounts of data may take a few minutes to process. Your Salesforce admin will receive an email with the results of the data sync and you can check the status of your sync with the following steps.
