Why does SFDC Support suck so bad?
Work for an enterprise company with multiple orgs. The orgs I work in are “Unlimited Editions” and I think the rest are too. However, why after paying all that money to SFDC is its support so bad? Is SFDC upper mgmt really that dumb when looking at support KPIs of the teams they manage?
