How to load picklist values in salesforce


Go to field. Scroll down the page and go to picklist values. You will see a couple of buttons viz. ‘New’, ‘Reorder’, ‘Replace’, ‘Printable View’. Click printable view button and you will get all the picklist values which you can cut and paste in your document.

Add or Edit Picklist Values
  1. Navigate to the fields area for your object.
  2. In the Custom Fields & Relationships related list, click the name of the picklist field to update.
  3. In the Values section, click Edit next to a value.
  4. Change the value’s name, and optionally make the value the default for the master picklist.
