To enable enhanced domains, from Salesforce:

  • Go to Setup, then in the Quick Find box, type Release Updates.
  • Scroll down until you see Enhanced Domains and click Get Started.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts until all steps are completed.

Under My Domain Details, select Edit. If more suffixes are available for your org’s My Domain, a suffix dropdown list appears. Enhanced domains can only be enabled for the Standard suffix. Select Use enhanced domains.
