Honestly the company itself is constantly shooting itself in the foot adding new technical apps to perform services but we lack the manpower in numbers to keep up and thus feel pressured to sacrifice personal/home time to fix the company’s mistake. Your coworkers can quickly become family when the management fails to provide the support you want.
The money
High stressful job. I was not appreciated for my job performance. I made a mistake and they didn’t care about my longevity in keeping me as an employee. I’m very disappointed with how they handled my importance to the job, and their importance in taking steps and goals that’s beneficial for them and myself as an employee.
Nice place to work
The job was fairly simple once you get the hang of it. Pretty much mostly scheduling technician visits and treatments. Fast paced and high call volume but it goes by fast
Horrible company
What you learn in training doesn’t apply to live calls. They don’t give you time in between calls to finish all they want to do on customer accounts. They think you’re a robots. When a horrible customer call and cuss you out all you can do a apologize and say sorry while they berate you. They don’t care about employees or customers just profit.
Not what is advertised in training
The call volume is high at all times.
Very Stressful!
Little to no support once you start taking live calls. My Supervisor was on vacation the day I moved to my POD. Could sometimes take upwards of 20-30 minutes ro receive an answer for a question from my team.
Training and on the floor training totally different
Management is a joke. No job security. Things you learned in training doesn’t work on the floor. You can a ask one question and get so many different answers. It was confusing and if you tried to explain why you did something a certain way they wouldn’t listen. They would say if you listen to me you will be alright.
