Under this model, patients may potentially receive two (2) charges on their combined patient bill for services provided. One charge represents the facility or hospital charge and one charge represents the professional or physician fee.

Depending on their particular insurance coverage, it’s possible patients may pay more for certain outpatient services and procedures at our provider based/hospital outpatient locations than at one of our other sites. Please note some lab tests drawn at a freestanding clinic may be sent to a hospital or other facility for processing and also show a Hospital Outpatient Lab Charge.

Staff I worked with were excellent. They were willing to help and teach you everyday
I was able to work remotely and in the office. One issue was working on 3 big projects all at once with minimal support. However, when I reached out for help from my team, they were more than willing to help.
Great place to work
Billings Clinic overall is a great facility to work at. My department has a great management team and do a great job of supporting their employees and advocating for us. Nurse burnout is rampant due to COVID but I don’t think it’s solely the hospitals doing. Traveler numbers are high right now.
It was okay
Good affordable benefits, food court cafeteria had plenty of good food options, great amount of PTO paid time off, CONS lots of gossiping in EVS/housekeeping But of course there were a FEW good decent amount of other employees that seemed generally friendly and kind, Always more than plenty of work to do and stay busy often,Sometimes I felt overworked more than often.
Loved my job but the pay sucks
I really enjoyed being a CNA at the hospital. Tons of opportunities for overtime with Covid. But the pay was awful. I could go to McDonalds and get paid more flipping burgers than saving someones life. It’s a huge hospital with plenty of money coming in to pay their CNAs more.
Stressful but coworker loyalty is strong
Burn out from the last 18 months is really hard. But some management is great. I stick around for my work family. But new employees are getting more incentive to be hired, than the loyal ones are to stay.
Very Poor place to work
Maintenance department is under staffed and over worked. Maintenance workers are burned out turn over is high moral is really low management doesn’t appreciate you and are constantly on you to get work done there isn’t enough time in the day to get done with what they want done lots of drama.
Overall positive place to work
Professional development offered year round and leadership/management tries to create unity and teamwork. Staffing and turnover can be problematic which makes morale suffer and employees often feeling stretched thin. Overall a good place to work and a company that has a focused mission to care for its patients and employees .

They want you to sacrifice yourself without offering anything in return. Lowered the pay brackets when they started losing employees and doubled the work load on already broken staff
