It’s absurdly expensive, you need to hire an entire development team to get it to do what you want (and keep them there to maintain it) and the account managers are disempowered gatekeepers at best.

I agree.From an integration perspective, the product lacks basic features that make the integration to the back-end ERP – a nightmare.the security mechnisem, the tannent managment and API. The big buzz around don’t impress me.I prefer a product with a well build-in best practices for sales and service than a fully customized white board.

This is great and true and you won’t hear it much: 8. Software usually isn’t the solution – Software should be a tool, not an answer. Your team still needs to use it regularly and consistently to get the most value. Especially for smaller companies, sometimes a spreadsheet is the best option for accomplishing a goal.

Agree with all of that you said and Jennifer’s post. I’ve been an admin for 8+ years now. Much of that has been spent as a solo admin. I’m tired of people expecting me to know everything. And though they claim they don’t, if I say I don’t know something then they think I’m not good at my job.
